Senior IT Service Manager

We are looking for a Senior IT Manager to join our Digital Channels supporting and leading on Live Service for DWP.
Our teams use innovative technology to build and maintain digital solutions used by nearly every person in the UK.

Skills, Knowledge, and Experience Needed:

• Proven experience in delivering high customer service standards internally and externally, managing issues effectively.
• Knowledge of IT Service Management frameworks such as ITIL.
• Experience with digital products and services, supporting and maintaining them, and presenting management information.
• Experience in financial forecasting and budget management.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to implement and translate strategies into action.

Your Role:

This position is part of our Digital Channels team, responsible for robotics, document management, and next-gen contact centres, enhancing customer interactions with DWP.

You will oversee the value and quality of end-to-end technology solutions, manage contractual relationships with third-party suppliers, monitor compliance, and lead a team with managerial responsibilities.

Location: Choose a hub in Birmingham, Blackpool, Leeds, Manchester, Newcastle-upon-Tyne, or Sheffield.

Hybrid Working: Mix of remote and face-to-face work.

Pay: £42,614.
