Job summary

Talantir in Glasgow is seeking a Senior IT Manager for a major charity with 500 staff across Scotland. You will lead a 3-person IT team and oversee all IT/digital across the charity, driving improvements and delivering meaningful projects in a hybrid setup.

The role requires hands-on knowledge of Azure, Microsoft 365, Active Directory and Network Services, plus experience with cabling, Wi-Fi and security. Occasional travel to sites and a full driving license are expected to support across

Qualifications

• Strong working knowledge of IT software, hardware, cyber, digital, data and networking solutions.
• Experience of line management and leading cross-functional teams.
• Excellent technical knowledge of Azure, Microsoft 365, Active Directory and Network Services.
• Hands-on with structured cabling, Wi-Fi, firewalls and ready to jump on IT support issues as needed.
• Experience managing budgets, schedules, vendors and IT procurement.
• Experience working with organizations of similar size or larger.
• Full project lifecycle experience.

Responsibilities

You’ll work closely with a supportive leadership team, improving systems and processes in place.

You should have the following –
