nexfibre is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead IT integration across our UK network and IT partner ecosystem. You will define strategy, drive integration, manage data and asset reconciliation, and ensure readiness for service delivery.

The role demands strong governance, budgeting, and stakeholder engagement at a senior level. We value a proactive, collaborative mindset and the ability to operate in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing large IT transformation or integration programmes.
• Strong senior project management: planning, tracking, governance, RAID and budgeting.
• Deep understanding of the software delivery lifecycle from vision to launch.
• Knowledge of UK telecom OSS/BSS systems and APIs.
• Logical mindset for testing and troubleshooting IT and network issues.
• Focus on operational readiness, service acceptance and hypercare.
• Strong business awareness and customer-focused mindset.
• Excellent communication to senior stakeholders, independently or across teams.

Responsibilities

• Define integration strategy and lead analysis with IT partners.
• Manage IT transformation activities and governance.
• Forecast and track IT OPEX/CAPEX spend vs. actuals.
• Ensure BSS/OSS systems integrate with partner IT and OSS platforms.
• Coordinate stakeholder engagement for alignment and delivery.
• Ensure go-live readiness across IT ops, NOC and ways of working.
• Drive data and asset reconciliation and remediation activities.
• Maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
