Job summary

A dynamic IT solutions provider is looking for an experienced IT Infrastructure Engineer to support and maintain a diverse mix of on-premise and cloud technologies. In this role, you will manage core infrastructure, provide technical support, and mentor junior team members. Candidates should have a minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role and be proficient with VMware, Veeam, Windows Server, and networking. Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in an Infrastructure Engineer or similar role.
• Proven experience with core infrastructure technologies.
• Experience mentoring or supporting other team members.

Responsibilities

• Managing and supporting core infrastructure across VMware, storage, networking, Azure, and Microsoft 365.
• Installing, configuring, and maintaining servers, workstations, and peripherals.
• Providing 1st–3rd line support to internal and external users.
• Monitoring live systems and responding to operational issues.
• Participating in an out-of-hours on-call rota.
