Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience working in on-premise infrastructure environments.
• Some working knowledge of cloud platforms such as Azure.
• Proficient in administering and supporting Windows Server environments.
• Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to resolve complex infrastructure issues.

Responsibilities

• Manage and support on-premise infrastructure including firewalls and switches.
• Deliver troubleshooting and resolution of networking and server issues.
• Maintain security best practices across on-premise environments.
• Provide BAU support for businesses and escalate issues as needed.
