The Senior IT Delivery Manager will oversee end‑to‑end delivery of complex programmes across client engagements, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery and high quality, while supporting pre‑sales and tender activities.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering or related discipline.
Experience leading cross-functional technical teams.
Strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, PRINCE2 and hybrid delivery methodologies.

Responsibilities

Lead the delivery of multiple concurrent technology projects and programmes from initiation through to successful completion.
Develop and maintain programme governance frameworks, delivery roadmaps, project plans, budgets, and resource allocations.
Manage multidisciplinary teams including Project Managers, Business Analysts, Software Engineers, Architects, QA Engineers and external suppliers.
Ensure projects are delivered within scope, budget, timelines and quality standards.
Build and maintain relationships with executive stakeholders, clients, vendors and third-party partners.
