Key to this role is understanding business needs and desired outcomes, which will be critical for future growth.

The Business Analyst's primary responsibility is to ensure high-value delivery in the most efficient manner to customers. The BA should excel in problem-solving and innovating, inspiring creativity within teams. The role may focus on process, data, business, or systems analysis, requiring skills to identify gaps, gather requirements, and redesign processes or workflows as necessary.

About You

• Proven experience as a senior business analyst or similar strategic role.
• Strong stakeholder support skills, industry experience, and excellent communication.

• Mentoring experience, familiarity with Agile/DevOps, and relevant professional qualifications are desirable.
