Job summary

HM Revenue & Customs (HMRC) is recruiting two IT Auditors to join our award-winning Internal Audit team, driving excellence across our IT risk work. You will lead all aspects of IT audit assignments, identify IT risks and controls, engage with audit partners, and act as a trusted adviser to senior management on risk, governance and control.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering IT internal audit reviews in a medium to large organisation.
• Ability to identify and assess complex IT risks and controls.
• Strong interpersonal and influencing skills across all levels of the organisation.
• Experience extracting and analysing data from a variety of systems.

Responsibilities

• Leading all aspects of an IT audit assignment, ensuring professional and quality standards.
• Identifying and assessing complex IT risks and controls.
• Engaging with audit partners and senior management to communicate findings.
• Mentoring or guiding trainee auditors as needed.
