Job summary

Hitachi Rail is seeking an ISO 27001 Business Transformation Programme Manager to lead the UK-wide ISO/IEC 27001 certification effort and sustain it long-term. The role blends programme delivery, information security governance, risk management, and change management to embed security into operations, services and culture.

You'll drive assurance, policy development, audit readiness and partnerships with auditors, regulators and delivery partners, while guiding executive leadership and embedding

Qualifications

• Extensive leadership of large transformation programmes.
• Proven governance, risk and compliance experience.
• Experience embedding security controls across operations and tech.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end ISO 27001 transformation from assessment to certification.
• Define strategy, roadmap, governance and delivery plans.
• Coordinate cross-functional workstreams with IT, Cyber Security, Risk, Legal, HR and Operations.
• Manage auditors, certification bodies and remediation activities.
