Job summary

IQVIA LLC is seeking an experienced IRT Systems Project Manager to lead design, implementation, and delivery of interactive response technology solutions for global clinical trials. You will partner with sponsors and CROs, translate study protocols into system designs, manage end-to-end delivery, and guide UAT and handovers to operations.

This consultative leadership role requires strong client-facing skills, rigorous project planning, and the ability to drive improvements across the study

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Several years of experience in clinical research, clinical technology, project management, or a related field.
• Hands-on experience delivering and managing Interactive Response Technology (IRT) solutions.
• Strong understanding of clinical trial operations, patient randomisation, and clinical supply management processes.
• Experience working directly with sponsors, CROs, or other external stakeholders.
• Proven ability to interpret clinical protocols and translate requirements into effective system solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end IRT study design and implementation from design to go-live.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver project milestones on time.
• Manage UAT activities with clients and internal teams.
• Provide SME guidance on system design and process improvement.
• Mentor juniors and support training and bid defence activities.
