TUI Airways is seeking a Senior HR Business Partner for Industrial Relations to lead union and works council relations, manage day-to-day employee relations, and drive cross-border HR initiatives within our global airline network.

You will steer negotiations, advise local management on strategic IR topics, and ensure compliant, effective implementation of collective agreements and policies across the organization.

Qualifikationen

• Degree in HR, Law, Business Admin or comparable HR qualification.
• Several years of experience in an Industrial Relations role.
• Strong experience with employee representative bodies in IR.

Aufgaben

• Build effective union and works council relationships for TUI Airways, ensuring compliant handling of IR matters.
• Lead collective bargaining processes under Head of HR guidance, alignment with business objectives.
• Advise local management on strategic IR and HR topics to support decision-making.
• Oversee negotiation, implementation and monitoring of collective agreements and policies.
• Lead change initiatives including cross-border projects with consultation of employee representatives.
• Share local IR insights and best practices within the wider TUI Airline HR/IR community.
