Job summary

The Forward Trust is seeking a Team Leader / Senior Employment Specialist in Dover to lead a dedicated IPS employment support team. You will supervise colleagues, develop their skills, and manage your own caseload while traveling regularly to meet with participants, employers, and partner organisations across Thanet, Dover, Folkestone and Hythe.

A full driving licence is essential. We welcome applicants with experience in IPS or supported employment, a passion for helping people overcome

Qualifications

• Experience delivering IPS or supported employment services to people with mental health conditions, physical disabilities or long-term health conditions.
• Previous supervisory or team leadership experience.
• Strong understanding of IPS principles and fidelity standards (training can be provided).
• Experience in employer engagement and developing effective partnerships.
• Excellent coaching, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise workloads, monitor performance and meet deadlines.
• Ability to work with clinical teams, NHS partners, local authorities and community services.
• Full, valid driving licence with regular travel across Thanet, Dover, Folkestone and Hythe.

Responsibilities
