The Forward Trust in Dover is seeking a Team Leader / Senior Employment Specialist to lead and develop a team delivering IPS-based employment support. A full, valid driving licence and access to a vehicle are essential for regular travel across Thanet, Dover, Folkestone and Hythe to meet with participants and partners.

You will supervise the team, manage a small caseload and coach staff to deliver personalised, strengths-based support, helping people to enter, return to or sustain employment.

Formación

• Experience delivering IPS or supported employment services.
• Supervisory or team leadership experience.
• Strong understanding of IPS principles and fidelity standards.

Responsabilidades

• Lead, supervise and develop your team to deliver high-quality, person-centred employment support.
• Manage a small caseload of participants and model best practice.
• Travel regularly across Thanet, Dover, Folkestone and Hythe to engage with participants and partners.
