Job summary

Social Finance Ltd is recruiting two Senior Workforce Leads to advance the professional development of the IPS workforce across England. You will lead the design, delivery and evaluation of training, onboarding and accredited learning for IPS Employment Specialists, reporting to the Learning & Development Manager.

The role offers remote work as part of a national team, with a focus on building capacity, improving outcomes and aligning learning activities with best practice in IPS.

Qualifications

• Experienced L&D professional with strong IPS knowledge.
• Experience designing accredited and non-accredited training.
• Ability to deliver face-to-face and e-learning programmes.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery and continuous improvement of the IPS Level 3 qualification.
• Develop and deliver accredited and non-accredited learning opportunities.
• Support onboarding activities for IPS Employment Specialists.
• Provide mentoring to new IPS Employment Specialists during their first year.
• Identify training needs and develop workshops, resources and learning interventions.
• Monitor learner engagement, progression and outcomes and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborate with the Learning & Development Manager to evaluate training effectiveness.
• Apply specialist IPS knowledge to ensure content reflects best practice.
• Build relationships with IPS services, NHS leads and national stakeholders.
• Ensure training meets IPS Grow quality assurance standards.
• Collect workforce and EDI data and contribute to reporting and evaluation.
• Support services with workforce development and race equity action planning.
