Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking an experienced supervisor to lead and develop Employment Specialists within IPS-driven programmes in Greater London. The role focuses on reflective supervision, staff development, and performance management to sustain high-quality employment support services.

The post requires strong relationship-building with clinical teams, JCP partners, and other agencies, plus robust documentation and DBS readiness where applicable.

Qualifications

• Good understanding of employment support programmes
• Experience in supervision of staff
• Ability to support and develop Employment Specialists
• Experience in reflective supervision and performance management
• Confidence in giving feedback and fostering a culture of learning and development
• Problem-solving skills
• Commitment to person-centred practice
• Ability to uphold the IPS model and embed IPS standards while adapting to Connect to Work and the individual borough context
• Understanding of fidelity reviews and fidelity assurance processes, if possible
• Skilled at building relationships with clinical teams, JCP and other partners
• Ability to advocate for IPS and navigate systems to support integration
• Ability to manage competing priorities and support staff through challenges
• Experience working in complex systems, such as health, employment and social care
• Excellent record keeping and attention to detail
• Supporting statement of no more than two A4 pages
• If appointed to a role involving children, young people or vulnerable adults, may be subject to a DBS check
