Job summary

JMC Legal Recruitment is seeking a Senior Associate in Intellectual Property Disputes for a top 60 ranked firm located in The City. The role requires 5+ PQE and offers exposure to high-value IP litigation for household brand names, with partner mentoring and clear progression.

You will work with London and Manchester offices, handling trade mark, copyright, design rights and patents disputes, with opportunities to contribute to business development and client relationships.

Qualifications

• 5+ PQE in Intellectual Property Disputes (England & Wales).
• Excellent written English and client-facing ability.
• Strong problem-solving and commercial mindset.
• Willingness to develop junior colleagues and BD capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage IP disputes and litigation including trade marks, copyright, design rights and patents.
• Advise and supervise junior team members.
• Develop and maintain client relationships; contribute to business development.
