Job summary

QC Legal is seeking an accomplished IP Litigation Partner to reinforce its international IP offering. You will lead high-stakes disputes across trademarks, copyright, designs, patents and trade secrets, advising on enforcement strategies and brand protection.

You will build and leverage an established network to generate instructions, coordinate multi-jurisdictional litigation with the European network, and shape the next chapter of the firm's contentious IP practice.

Qualifications

• Senior IP partner with a track record in contentious IP matters.
• Deep knowledge of enforcement across trademarks, copyrights, designs, patents, or trade secrets.
• Credible market reputation with an established client network.

Responsibilities

• Represent UK and international businesses in significant IP disputes.
• Pursue and defend infringement proceedings across IP rights.
• Manage confidential information and trade secret cases where assets are at stake.
• Advise on brand protection, enforcement strategies, and contentious trade mark matters.
• Lead cases through High Court and IP tribunals and coordinate cross-jurisdictional litigation.
