• Experience developing iOS applications with Swift, SwiftUI and Xcode.
• Directly managing engineers, not just mentoring.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of iOS engineers, managing 1:1s, performance reviews, hiring and career progression.
• Drive delivery of new features across a production iOS app used by EV customers.
• Remain hands-on with Swift/SwiftUI, contributing to development and code quality.
• Collaborate with Product, Design and Engineering to translate ideas into shipped features.
• Champion engineering best practices and practical adoption of AI tools.
