Qualifications

• 8+ years of professional iOS development experience with modern Swift and Cocoa design patterns.
• Agentic workflow adoption: Hands-on experience integrating tools like Cursor and Claude into daily engineering.
• Platform & API design: Proven track record building shared components with backward compatibility and client-server integration.
• Safety & privacy mindset: Designing compliant, secure experiences for young audiences.
• Collaborative leadership: Strong cross-functional communication and a team-over-self mentality.
• Bonus: Prior exposure to C++ or Android development.
• Product-Led Experience: Experience in fast-paced product-based companies is a plus.
