Job summary

Experis is seeking a Senior iOS Developer in Birmingham to join a leading cyber software client. You will design, develop, and deliver iOS features across the full development lifecycle, collaborating with product, engineering, and QA teams to ensure secure, high-quality mobile experiences.

You’ll work hands-on with Swift, Objective-C, and the iOS SDK, employing modern architectures like MVVM and Clean Architecture, and contributing to push towards secure, scalable platforms.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an iOS Developer with shipped production apps.
• Strong knowledge of Swift, Objective-C, and the iOS SDK.
• Experience with modern iOS architectures (MVVM, Clean Architecture).
• Solid understanding of CS fundamentals, including algorithms and data structures.
• Knowledge of mobile security, performance optimization, and Apple HIG.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deliver new features iOS applications at global scale.
• Lead the implementation of custom iOS features.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Tech Leads, and QA to plan, build, and ship features.
• Ensure high standards of quality, performance, and security.
• Debug, track, and resolve defects; contribute to L3 support when required.
• Help drive innovation within the iOS platform and development practices.
