Job summary

Gen II (UK) Southampton is seeking a Senior Administrator - Investor Services to manage the day-to-day Client and Investor Data management across multi-jurisdictional platforms. You will work with Investran, Yardi and other systems to ensure data accuracy and efficient admin reporting.

Based in Southampton, this full-time role offers hybrid working with Agile options and a focus on developing client relationships and ensuring high-quality service delivery.

Qualifications

• University degree or equivalent.
• At least 3–5 years’ experience in a relevant financial industry, with experience in a Fund Admin role.
• Detailed knowledge of Private Equity & Hedge funds and associated regulatory obligations.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day Client and Investor Data Management across multi-jurisdictional scopes.
• Assist team manager with task allocation and reporting.
• Remediate static data and support migrations to Investran and other platforms.
• Collaborate with operations and client-facing teams to understand fund structures from a system setup perspective.
• Support onboarding of new clients from a data perspective.
• Test system releases and ensure data integrity across platforms.
• Act as a reference point for issues related to Investran and other platforms.
• Promote data accuracy and proactive ownership within the team.
