Job summary

Gen II Fund Services in the UK is seeking an experienced data and systems professional to run multi-jurisdictional client and investor data management within the Fund Administration business. You will ensure data accuracy across Investran, Yardi and related platforms, and promote best practice in system usage to support high-quality client service.

Qualifications

• University degree or equivalent.
• 3–5 years’ experience in a relevant financial industry, with Fund Admin experience.
• Detailed knowledge of Private Equity and Hedge funds and regulatory obligations.
• Full fluency in English; additional languages considered an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day Client and Investor Data Management for multi-jurisdictional view.
• Assist the team manager in allocation of tasks and reporting.
• Take part in static data remediation, migrations to, and efficient admin related reporting from Investran and other related global platforms.
• Work closely with the operations team and clients facing teams to understand fund structures from a system setup perspective.
• Be involved in onboarding of new clients, from a static data perspective.
• Be involved in testing of system releases.
• Client focused with ability to work in a fast paced, high pressured work environment.
• Part of the team that answers and resolves issues related to the use of Investran and other platforms.
• Assist with data integrity monitoring to ensure all client and investor static data is captured, recorded and accurate.
