Job summary

Ocorian seeks an experienced CDD professional in Belfast to support the onboarding and ongoing monitoring of investors for its Alternative Investments/Global Funds team. You will ensure AML/CFT compliance and deliver high-quality client experiences across a diverse investor base.

You will assess investor risk, review ownership structures, and collaborate with Fund Administration, Compliance and senior stakeholders to maintain high standards of regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• AML/CFT legislation knowledge and risky-based approach.
• Experience reviewing corporate ownership structures and UBOs.
• Ability to work with multiple systems and stakeholders.
• Strong judgement, integrity and client service mindset.

Responsibilities

• Conduct investor due diligence reviews and onboarding across investor types.
• Review ownership structures and identify UBOs, resolving gaps.
• Collaborate with Fund Administration, Compliance and specialists to progress CDD matters.
• Maintain records, screening results and due diligence documentation.
• Support CDD function through knowledge sharing and process improvements.
