Position and Group Summary:

The Real Assets Investment Group manages investments across real estate, infrastructure, and natural resources, offering both discretionary and non-discretionary services. Led by experienced professionals, this team evaluates markets, identifies opportunities, and manages client portfolios. We advise on debt and equity investments via various vehicles, co-investments, and separate accounts. The team also contributes to firm-wide research and sector views.

The Senior Investment Director plays a key role within this group, focusing on sourcing, evaluating, and monitoring private and public infrastructure investments. This role involves developing industry insights, supporting portfolio management, and engaging in transactions and sector research. The position is based in London and has a global scope.

• Source, evaluate, and recommend infrastructure investment and co-investment opportunities aligned with client objectives, leveraging industry relationships and conducting due diligence.
• Develop and communicate views on infrastructure trends and market insights, contributing to thought leadership.
• Assist colleagues with current infrastructure data, analysis, and manager comparisons.
• Engage directly with clients on infrastructure portfolio development, supporting implementation and participating in industry events.
