You will support investment analysis, monitoring, and client reporting, collaborating with portfolio managers and external partners to advance ESG ambitions and project execution.

Qualifikationen

• Master’s degree in Finance, Investments, Economics or a related field.
• At least two years of relevant experience in corporate finance, (real estate) investment management, private equity or a Big Four firm (Transaction Services).
• Advanced financial modelling skills.
• Strong analytical skills and a well-developed critical attitude.
• Independent, proactive and detail-oriented; team player.

Aufgaben

• Investment analysis and underwriting: support due diligence, asset visits, market research, rent/yield comparables; underwrite investments; prepare investment papers for committees.
• Investment monitoring: attend meetings with operating companies and fund managers; review reports; prepare forecasts and research notes; develop client reports and presentations.
