CBRE Group, Inc. in the UK Capital Markets team provides financial modelling and analyst support across Investment Banking, Investment Properties, Debt and Structured Finance.

The role focuses on building bespoke Excel models to inform strategic decisions and deliver advisory services for transactions in all asset classes. You will own financial models, collaborate across business areas, and present outputs to clients with a focus on performance, valuation, and capital structuring.

Competenze

• ACA/CAIA/CFA/RICS or other relevant qualifications required.
• Significant experience in a financial modelling role within a real estate business.
• Strong problem solving, analytical and organisational skills.

Mansioni

• Develop and manage bespoke financial models in Excel to inform decisions and transactions.
• Collaborate with Investment Banking, Investment Properties, Debt and Structured Finance teams across UK Capital Markets.
