Job summary

Birchrose Associates is looking for an experienced Senior Associate to join their International Arbitration team in Greater London. This position offers the chance to work on complex, multi-jurisdictional commercial litigation matters with leading arbitral bodies. Ideal candidates will have 5-8 years PQE, a strong understanding of English arbitration law, and must be qualified in England & Wales. The role includes a profit share bonus, billable hours bonus, and prospects for quick internal progression.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years’ PQE from a reputable International Arbitration team.
• Understanding of rules of key arbitration institutions.
• Qualification in England & Wales is essential.

Responsibilities

• Work on complex commercial litigation cases across multiple jurisdictions.
• Gain direct exposure to strategic, high-stakes disputes.
• Collaborate closely with partners in a lean team.

Skills

Understanding of English arbitration law

Strong academics

Experience with ICC, LCIA, SIAC, ICSID
