Job summary

CEA CAPA in the UK seeks a Senior Academic Coordinator to oversee academic advising, coordinate class schedules, syllabi, and classroom logistics, and support student arrivals and orientation. You will collaborate with faculty, the Program and Student Services team, and Career & Internship colleagues.

This role involves student registration, housing coordination, and staff management within a dynamic international education environment. A Bachelor’s degree and English fluency are required.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Experience with international students and housing coordination.
  • Authorization to work in the UK.

Responsibilities

  • Review student course selections and coordinate with partner institutions on registrations and placements.
  • Share student registration information with language institutions and other partners.
  • Manage language placement processes and communicate results to students.
  • Assist the Director of Academic Affairs with student registration and status changes.
  • Coordinate course schedules, equipment needs, and educational support for in-house courses.
  • Recruit, train, and develop staff to ensure high-quality academic delivery.
