• Establish and oversee the organisation’s internal control environment.
• Plan, execute, and report on risk‑based audits across departments.
• Evaluate compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
• Assess payment systems, operational procedures, and cybersecurity controls.
• Present findings to Board and Audit Committees.
