Rolls-Royce is seeking an Internal Controls Senior Manager to join the Group Internal Controls team in Derby. The role focuses on defining and monitoring the internal control system for finance processes, providing guidance, and improving control environments across Civil and Group businesses.

You will interact with senior management and influence control improvements. The role reports to the Group Head of Internal Controls and involves self-assessment leadership, testing, and remediation

Qualifications

• Professional accountancy and/or audit qualification.
• Experience implementing SOX controls and a SOX programme is desirable.
• Strong commercial acumen and analytical ability.

Responsabilités

• Lead self-assessment of internal control systems across Civil and Group businesses.
