Foundation is seeking a Senior Internal Auditor to lead risk-based internal audit assurance across designated areas and the wider Group. You will own end-to-end delivery from risk assessment through fieldwork to reporting and follow-up, ensuring effective governance and control frameworks.

You will work closely with senior leaders, shape the Internal Audit Plan, and coordinate co-sourced and specialist audits to deliver high-quality assurance within agreed timescales.

Qualifications

• Significant experience within internal audit, risk, assurance or related discipline.
• Advanced understanding of governance, risk management and internal controls.

Responsabilités

• Lead end-to-end delivery of risk-based internal audit reviews across the Group.
• Deliver project and change assurance reviews across strategic initiatives and key controls.
• Plan and conduct audit fieldwork including process walkthroughs, control testing and interviews.
• Evaluate design and operating effectiveness of governance, risk management and internal control arrangements.
• Develop pragmatic, risk-based recommendations addressing weaknesses and root causes.
• Produce clear, evidence-based audit reports with findings and actions.
• Present audit findings to management and challenge where necessary.
• Monitor implementation of agreed actions and perform follow-up.
