Job summary

Ki is modernising an industry by building a fully digital data-led platform in the London Market. As Internal Audit Manager, you lead audits spanning technology, data governance, cybersecurity, and insurance processes to provide assurance to the audit committee and executive team.

You will collaborate with stakeholders, use analytics and AI tools, and help shape a stronger control environment while supporting growth. This role is based in London with a cross-functional, agile team.

Qualifications

• ACA or equivalent professional qualification required.
• ACII or equivalent insurance qualification preferred.
• IT audit qualification such as CISA preferred.
• Experience executing IT and insurance audits is essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver internal audits across Ki and Ki Syndicate 1618.
• Focus on technology change, data governance, software development, ML, cloud and cybersecurity.
• Support insurance audits such as claims, pricing and underwriting.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify risks and shape control improvements.
• Prepare audit planning docs, risk matrices and working papers.
• Draft professional internal audit reports for committees and management.
• Assist in planning the annual audit timetable and committee papers.
• Develop audit techniques including data analytics and AI tools.
