Job summary

PHS Greenleaf in Laleham is seeking a Senior Interior Horticultural Technician to deliver outstanding interior plant care across client sites. You will maintain plants, ensure displays stay healthy, and support stock and planning tasks for the team.

The role requires horticultural experience, strong organisational and customer service skills, and a full UK driving licence. A company vehicle is provided along with training and development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must have experience in horticulture or interior plant maintenance.
• Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
• Self-motivated with excellent workload management.
• Strong communication and customer service skills, with relationship-building ability.
• IT literate, proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems such as Salesforce.
• Full UK driving licence with 6 points or fewer.
• Horticultural qualifications (e.g., RHS Level 2).
• Knowledge of industry products and equipment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver routine plant care across client sites, including watering, feeding, pruning, and pest control.
• Diagnose plant health issues and take corrective action.
• Report and log site maintenance and stock issues.
• Plan and install plant replacements to client specifications.
• Lead on-site installation activities and ensure health and safety compliance.
• Maintain accurate Salesforce queries and service request records.
• Optimise routes and schedules for efficient service delivery.
