Job summary

phs Greenleaf is seeking an Interior Landscape Technician for the Stevenage area who will maintain interior plant displays, assist with new installations, and provide high-quality customer care. A full UK driving licence and a flexible approach to hours are required.

The role offers a full-time, permanent position with a starting salary around £27,005 plus a £500 performance bonus, and a company vehicle for business use. Immediate start available.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in maintaining interior plant displays
• Eye for detail and interest in plants
• Outgoing personality, polite and positive with customers
• Full UK manual driving licence
• Willing to be flexible with working hours
• Computer literacy skills

Responsibilities

• Maintain interior plant displays, including watering, trimming and cleaning, and assist with new display installations
• Deliver discreet, design-focused service to minimise disruption while ensuring customer satisfaction
• Support customers at every stage of the interior landscaping process
