Job summary

FOLIO is seeking a Senior Interior Designer to lead exceptionally high-end luxury projects from concept through to completion. The role is a 12-month fixed-term contract offering substantial autonomy, client contact and design freedom within a collaborative, luxury-focused studio.

The ideal candidate will manage multiple projects, oversee bespoke FF&E and joinery, conduct site visits and mentor junior designers, delivering meticulous detailing, budgets and schedules to maintain design intent and

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Senior Designer within luxury or bespoke interior design.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating high-end luxury interior design work.
• Proven ability to lead projects from concept through to installation and completion.
• Strong technical capability with AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office.
• Experience producing and overseeing detailed technical drawings, specifications and design documentation.
• Confident presenting design concepts to clients and stakeholders.
• Understanding of FF&E, bespoke furniture, joinery and luxury detailing.
• Commercial awareness with experience managing budgets, timelines and deliverables.
• Highly organised, detail-oriented and proactive with a solutions-focused approach.
• Able to lead, mentor and support junior designers.

Responsibilities

• Own multiple projects from concept through to completion.
• Attend site visits and monitor design intent and quality.
• Oversee bespoke FF&E and joinery packages.
• Collaborate with clients, suppliers and internal teams.
• Support development of junior designers and provide guidance.
