Job summary

Align Talent Pty Ltd is seeking a confident Senior Interior Designer for luxury residential projects in London. You will work closely with founders and suppliers, taking ownership from concept through to installation.

The role offers hybrid working, allowing three days in the studio, with a strong emphasis on creative leadership and project delivery. You will possess 5+ years of experience, a stellar portfolio, and advanced FF&E knowledge, enabling independent management of fast-moving schemes

Qualifications

5+ years' interior design experience in luxury residential projects.
Strong portfolio of high-end residential work.
Ability to manage multiple projects from concept to completion.
Excellent FF&E knowledge, including sourcing and procurement.
Proficient technical drawing and presentation skills (AutoCAD/Vectorworks).
Experience with Programa procurement software is a plus.

Responsibilities

Take ownership of multiple luxury residential projects from concept to installation.
Lead FF&E sourcing, specification, and procurement for each project.
Develop mood boards, presentations, drawings, schedules and design packages.
Manage procurement, quotes, POs, invoicing and budgets.
Liaise with clients, contractors and suppliers; attend site meetings.
Coordinate installations and final styling to exceptional standards.
