Responsibilities

1. Oversee complex projects from concept through to completion, demonstrating design excellence and team leadership.
2. Manage large-scale projects, lead teams, and collaborate with clients, consultants, and contractors.
3. Drive project delivery within set timelines and budgets, maintaining high standards of quality.
4. Mentor junior designers and foster their professional growth.
5. Conceptualise and present design ideas effectively to clients and team members.
6. Finalize detailed designs, select materials and finishes, and ensure project objectives are met.

Qualifications
