Job summary

Confero Recruitment Group is seeking a Senior Interior Designer in Glasgow to lead hospitality refurbishment and repositioning projects for world‑class hotel brands. You will develop concepts, mood boards, and FF&E schemes while coordinating with architects, contractors, and brand teams on site.

You will mentor junior designers, manage projects from concept to completion, and ensure the work aligns with brand standards and creative integrity.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years' experience within Interior Design, ideally in hospitality, hotels, leisure, or high-end commercial interiors.
• Strong portfolio showcasing concept development, technical detailing, and completed projects.
• Experience managing interior design projects through multiple stages.
• Confidence in presenting ideas and building strong client relationships.
• Keen eye for materials, finishes, furniture, lighting, and spatial planning.
• Experience working with recognised hotel brands such as Hilton, Marriott, IHG, or Accor (desirable).
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite, with Revit experience advantageous.
• A collaborative approach and a genuine passion for design excellence.

Responsibilities

The Opportunity

About You
