Job summary

Responsibilities

• Support and maintain critical interfaces between real-time operational systems and business applications.
• Ensure high levels of system availability, reliability, and performance.
• Provide technical expertise and collaborate with internal teams, suppliers, and stakeholders.
• Operate, maintain, and ensure integrity of the CSS Interfaces suite for 24/5 service.
• Coordinate with Cyber Security teams to manage interface changes and vulnerabilities.
• Support Control Centre operations, including fault resolution and maintenance activities.
• Maintain systems monitoring, upgrades, repairs, access control, and documentation.
• Develop and maintain operational procedures, backup plans, and supporting documentation.
• Monitor system performance and implement proactive measures to improve reliability.
• Liaise with internal customers and third-party providers to resolve issues and support service delivery.
• Contribute to reporting and data analysis activities using system data and reporting tools.
• Support user training and knowledge sharing across the business.

• Ensure high levels of system availability, reliability, and performance.
• Provide technical expertise, support incident resolution, and collaborate with internal teams, suppliers, and stakeholders.
• Responsible for the operation, maintenance, and integrity of the CSS Interfaces suite, ensuring reliable 24/5 service.
• Provide technical support to Operational Support Engineers and key business stakeholders.
• Coordinate with Cyber Security teams to manage interface-related changes, developments, and vulnerabilities.
• Support Control Centre operations, including fault resolution, maintenance activities, and system enhancements.
• Maintain business-critical systems, including system monitoring, upgrades, repairs, access control, and documentation.
• Develop and maintain operational procedures, backup plans, and supporting documentation.
• Monitor system performance and implement proactive measures to improve reliability.
