An established industry player is seeking a dynamic Consulting Partner to lead client relationships and drive strategic initiatives within the digital marketing sector. An ideal candidate must have Agency, Leadership/P&L/consulting/advisory/strategy experience.
· Leadership: The individual will represent TCS Interactive as the leader for the sector to all the clients in that sector. In this role, the Sr IBP will build a team of Interactive Partners who can manage the relationship in individual accounts.
· Client relationship management: The Consulting Partner is responsible for maintaining and nurturing client relationships, understanding their needs, and ensuring client satisfaction. Advise CMOs, CDOs, and Digital Interactive stakeholders in TCS client organizations on strategy encompassing customer experience, driving customer’s growth agenda.
· Strategy: Responsible for sales strategy and plan for the domain, building pipelines and managing TCS Interactive P&L with specific targets of revenue growth and leading a high-performance sales/interactive partner team to execute on the sales strategy.
· Work collaboratively with the practice teams in developing domain-specific offerings and GTM plan, drive the marketing strategy for the sector.
· Act as the customer champion and push for excellence from everyone.
· Lead/participate in Analyst briefings to support TCS Interactive market leadership ambitions.
· Demonstrate a sound knowledge of consulting tools, practices, and techniques to enable precise analysis and presentation of work delivered.
