Job summary

i3Works is seeking a Senior/Principal Consultant to join its Intelligence Business Unit. You will work across the full transformation lifecycle, designing, delivering and embedding digital solutions that drive meaningful change for clients in the security domain.

Based in a hybrid environment, you will lead multidisciplinary teams, manage delivery with Agile/Lean approaches, and foster organisational change while expanding client accounts and services.

Qualifications

• Background in National Security is required
• Proven track record of growing accounts, teams, or services
• Strong project delivery and stakeholder management skills
• Must have current Authority level security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate workshops and engage stakeholders to understand business needs and challenges
• Elicit, analyse, and document requirements, user needs, and processes
• Translate complex problems into actionable insights and opportunities
• Lead multidisciplinary teams to deliver digital products and services
• Manage delivery using Agile, Lean, or hybrid methodologies
• Remove blockers, manage risks and dependencies, and ensure outcomes are delivered on time and to quality
• Foster collaboration and high-performing team dynamics
• Support organisations in adopting new ways of working and digital operating models
• Facilitate organisational change, including stakeholder engagement and adoption activities
• Drive continuous improvement and embed sustainable transformation practices
