Job summary

CAN Group seeks a Senior Integrity Engineer for a role based in Aberdeen, with hybrid working potential. The ideal candidate will hold an engineering degree or equivalent and bring extensive offshore inspection experience, including NDT techniques and regulatory knowledge.

Applicants should demonstrate strong communication skills and experience with RBA/CRA/WSEs, and be able to work within North Sea oil & gas environments under applicable codes and standards.

Qualifications

• Degree qualified in an engineering related discipline or HNC / HND qualified with formal plant inspection training / qualification.
• Extensive experience within the North Sea Oil and Gas sector in a relevant role.
• Ability to attain UKAS RG2 Category 3
• Knowledge of offshore legislation, codes and standards associated with the in-service inspection of pressure systems, plant and equipment.
• Working knowledge and experience of NDT and Specialist Inspection techniques
• Demonstrable experience in RBA / CRA/ WSEs
• Experience using bespoke databases
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

Job description

We are currently looking to recruit a Senior Integrity Engineer for a role based at one of our Clients Offices in Aberdeen.

This role is a full-time position working Monday to Friday, with potential to follow Client hybrid working policy.

Candidates should possess the following skills:

Essential

• Degree qualified in an engineering related discipline or HNC / HND qualified with formal plant inspection training / qualification
• Extensive experience within the North Sea Oil and Gas sector in a relevant role
• Ability to attain UKAS RG2 Category 3
• Ability to demonstrate knowledge of relevant offshore legislation, codes and standards associated with the in-service inspection of pressure systems, plant and equipment.
• Working knowledge and experience of NDT and Specialist Inspection techniques
