Job summary

Mitel is seeking a Custom System Integration Consultant to deliver end-to-end integration and implementation expertise for Mitel deployments. You will work independently across the full lifecycle, from requirements analysis through in-service support, including CRM integrations, IVR interfaces, reporting, and API-based connections.

Responsibilities include designing solutions, evaluating feasibility, drafting SDDs, delivering components, and providing post-deployment support.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science or Software Design preferred.
• 5+ years in custom solution software development.
• Proficiency with SQL and MS SQL database structures.
• Experience with .NET/C++, C#, JavaScript, Java, HTML, SOAP/WSDL, REST, XML.
• Familiarity with Mitel Contact Center/UC solutions.
• Power BI experience is a plus; Agile experience is a plus.
• Windows OS, server administration, and Azure experience.

Responsibilities

• Analyse integration requests and draft detailed Statements of Work.
• Evaluate technical feasibility via Mitel and third-party interfaces.
• Estimate effort for custom developments for quotes.
• Create and obtain approval of the Solution Design Document (SDD).
• Develop custom solutions or reporting applications per SDD.
• Deliver integration components with installation, configuration and testing.
• Provide end-user support during testing and deployment.
• Lead demonstrations on proof of concept and final developments.
