Job summary

Leidos is seeking a Senior Integration Test Engineer to support a large-scale systems integration programme in a hybrid role based in Whiteley, Hampshire. You will plan, design, and execute testing across applications, interfaces and infrastructure components, working with suppliers and customer stakeholders to ensure quality and coverage.

Qualifications

• Experience in software, systems, integration or test engineering.
• Experience with functional, non-functional, integration and regression testing.
• Ability to create and execute test cases from requirements or design documentation.
• Experience across projects involving multiple systems, applications or third-party integrations.
• Investigating defects and supporting defect resolution.
• Analysing data and interpreting test results.
• Communicating effectively with technical and non-technical audiences.
• Managing priorities and working independently as well as part of a team.
• Willingness to learn new technologies and tools.
• ISTQB Foundation Certificate is beneficial but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Creating and reviewing test plans, test cases, and test reports.
• Designing and executing integration and regression testing activities.
• Collaborating with technical experts and stakeholders to ensure effective test coverage.
• Recording and reporting test results, defects, risks, and issues.
• Investigating defects and supporting root cause analysis and resolution.
• Analysing test evidence and large datasets to demonstrate compliance with requirements.
• Validating data flows and interfaces between existing and new systems.
• Identifying opportunities to improve testing processes and ways of working.
• Supporting the development and maintenance of automated regression test packs.
