Hays Software Engineering is looking for a Senior Integration Developer to join a well-established property investment business in London.

What you will be doing:

As a Senior Integration Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining iPaaS solutions. You will oversee the integration API layer, ensuring seamless communication between various systems using appropriate integration tools.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of the integration layer.
• Evaluate and propose enhancements—both functional and non-functional—to improve existing integration solutions.
• Develop designs and technical specifications for API development.
• Ensure adherence to integration best practices and standards, including security and error handling.
• Participate in Technical Design meetings, assessing potential risks and communicating findings to relevant stakeholders.

What we are looking for:

• Strong knowledge of integration technologies, including APIs, authentication processes, security, networking, XML, JSON, queues, and JavaScript.
• Practical experience in implementing integrations using industry-leading tools.
• Familiarity with database systems, particularly Oracle and/or SQL Server (preferably both).
