Job summary

OLIVER, a Brandtech Group company in London, seeks a Senior Integrated Designer for a 12-month FTC. You will lead creative thinking and execution across the studio’s full channel mix, from concept to final delivery across digital, social, motion, print and events.

You’ll bring ideas and craft to briefs, ensure visual strength, strategic alignment, and consistency across markets, while embedding AI-assisted workflows and championing brand guidelines and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Experience leading and mentoring designers across an integrated mix.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma with strong craft.
• Ability to develop integrated ideas that translate across channels.
• Familiarity with regulated industries and compliance considerations.
• Experience delivering across digital, social, motion, print and events.

Responsibilities

• Concept and create on-brand integrated work across the full channel mix, brand campaigns, digital and social content, motion, print, events, marketing collateral.
• Lead integrated thinking to translate ideas across channels, formats, and markets.
• Produce motion and animation for digital and social with strong storytelling.
• Adapt integrated design solutions for multiple markets and product lines; ensure brand guardrails.
• Manage multiple live projects, maintain brand integrity, quality standards and deadlines.
