Moody's Corporation is seeking a Workflow Specialist for Casualty and Financial Lines data, analytics, models, and software. You will work with sales and cross-functional teams to support end-to-end engagements, lead client discovery, and tailor demonstrations to underwriting workflows.

The role requires deep industry knowledge, strong consulting and communication skills, and the ability to translate complex analytics into business value for underwriting and portfolio management.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in insurance, insurance technology, data and analytics, solution consulting, underwriting, or business-to-business sales, with focus on property and casualty insurance
• Knowledge of Casualty and Financial Lines workflows including risk selection, underwriting, pricing, portfolio management, exposure assessment, claims analysis, and risk monitoring
• Understanding of Casualty and Financial Lines segments such as general liability, professional liability, D&O, E&O, cyber
• Experience with insurers, reinsurers, brokers, MGAs, MGUs or other participants across the insurance value chain
• Ability to translate complex data, analytics, models, and software into business value for underwriting and related stakeholders
• Conduct client discovery and deliver detailed demonstrations to technical and non-technical audiences
• Experience applying consultative selling to map client challenges and position tailored solutions
• Basic understanding of AI concepts and its application to underwriting workflows

Responsabilités

• Partner with sales and cross-functional teams to support end-to-end sales for Moody's Casualty and Financial Lines data, analytics, models, and software
• Lead client discovery sessions to understand underwriting processes, data needs, environments and priorities
• Provide strategic guidance and value-based recommendations aligned with underwriting and portfolio objectives
• Design and deliver client-specific demonstrations, workshops, and proofs-of-concept tied to insurance workflows
• Develop trusted relationships with underwriting, actuarial, portfolio management, claims, data science, technology, operations and executives
• Collaborate with Product, Strategy, Modelling, Delivery, and Customer Success to ensure credible solutions
• Identify cross-sell/upsell opportunities and provide market feedback on trends and gaps
• Travel up to 50% for face-to-face client engagements; operate in a hybrid working model
