Job summary

Moody’s Investors Service seeks a Workflow Specialist for Casualty and Financial Lines to support end-to-end sales for data, analytics, models and software solutions. You will bring insurance market and workflow expertise to client engagements, helping customers understand how Moody’s capabilities address underwriting, pricing and risk assessment.

The role involves delivering tailored demonstrations, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and travel up to 50% in a hybrid environment.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in insurance, analytics or related fields.
• Widely knowledgeable in Casualty & Financial Lines workflows.
• Underwriting, pricing and portfolio management exposure.
• Experience working with insurers, reinsurers, brokers or MGAs.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Casualty & Financial Lines workflow SME throughout the sales lifecycle.
• Lead detailed client discovery sessions on underwriting processes and data needs.
• Provide tailored strategic guidance and value-based recommendations.
• Design demonstrations, workshops and PoCs linking Moody’s capabilities to client workflows.
• Develop relationships with underwriting, actuarial, portfolio management, claims and data science teams.
• Collaborate with Sales to advance complex opportunities and cross-sell Moody’s solutions.
• Coordinate with Product, Strategy and Delivery teams to ensure credible, relevant solutions.
• Provide market feedback and identify emerging use cases, including 50% travel for face-to-face engagements.
