Great Lakes Insurance SE seeks a Senior Business Architect to partner across business, technology and change teams. You will define target operating models, assess capabilities and drive strategic change programmes that align with Munich Re Group objectives.

Your role spans insurance domain knowledge, governance considerations and collaboration with stakeholders. You will work on governance, data analytics, and MI reporting while guiding transformation initiatives to deliver long-term business

Qualifications

• Several years of experience in Insurance, Reinsurance and financial services.
• Proven track record in Business Architecture, BA or operating model design.
• Strong analytical and communication skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience in regulated environments and governance.

Responsibilities

• Define target operating models and assess capabilities.
• Conduct process mapping and improvement.
• Lead business requirements engineering.
• Perform data analysis and MI reporting.
• Align technology initiatives with business strategy.
