Clark James Insurance Recruitment seeks a Compliance Officer with recent FCA-regulated insurance experience. The role is brand-new, offering an exciting environment and long-term development within a leading UK insurer. You will assess risk, implement compliance monitoring, and support regulatory relations across UK and global operations.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in a similar role, deep FCA knowledge, and strong stakeholder skills to collaborate with regulators, brokers, and partners.

Competenze

• 3+ years' experience in a similar role within the Insurance industry (broker or MGA preferred).
• Strong knowledge of FCA rules and Lloyd's market considerations is advantageous.
• Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills with the ability to work with diverse teams.

Mansioni

• Assist the Group's CFO in reviewing and enhancing internal control processes and procedures.
• Liaise with Regulators and Governing bodies along with Insurer and Reinsurer partners.
• Build positive relationships with clients, brokers and other professionals.
• Assist with the compliance monitoring work and oversee the Conduct Risk framework and associated policies and procedures.
• Keep abreast of latest compliance laws and FCA regulations including GDPR and assess impact of changes.
• Monitor and provide compliance guidance to online producers and affiliates.
